TTC takes delivery of TruckProtect's market-leading fuel anti-theft devices

TruckProtect's groundbreaking products will soon be available through Truck & Trailer Components' (TTC) national distribution centre.
TruckProtect has just reached a landmark deal to add its fuel anti-theft devices to the range of products distributed by Truck and Trailer Components following a trial period supplying the TTC business with InstantFit NECK-IT!

And with oil prices at an all time high, preventing fuel theft has become increasingly important.

Uniquely, as well as taking on the best-selling InstantFit NECK-IT!, TTC commissioned TruckProtect to produce a low-cost version to meet the needs of all its customers.

John Booth, product marketing manager at TTC stated: "As the UK's top independent commercial vehicle parts supplier, TTC is in a unique position and we had feedback from some sectors indicating a need for products at both ends of the market. The difficulty is that other budget products on the market have fundamental flaws in design and construction so we asked TruckProtect whether they would be able to accommodate the CV market."

Staff at TruckProtect, the only European-based company dedicated to developing devices to prevent fuel theft from commercial vehicles, produced a steel fabricated product FuelKeep, retaining the familiar quick, no-drill fitting.

CEO Russell Fowler said: "Operators are becoming increasingly aware of the benefits of a reliable device to prevent fuel theft.

TTC is one of the UK's leading distributors for commercial vehicle spares and stocks more than 8,000 parts in its Crewe-based warehouse.
